At C.P Fitness I offer a wide variety of sessions and programmes, from classes for beginners to the more advanced in the North London area, mainly focused around Barnet and Enfield. Whether it's one to one, small to large groups, strength and conditioning, slimming and toning or padwork training, with these wide variety of techniques you're sure to find something suitable and challenging that's appropriate for your level of fitness and fitness goals. I can ensure that plateaus will be a thing of the past if you train hard and shock the muscles with new interesting programmes to keep on going..

 PERSONAL TRAINING

 

I offer one to one training, creating a professional programme adapted to your individual needs whether its weight loss or muscle gain.

 

I take into account your exercise and physical activity levels and goals. I also offer sessions for small groups of 2 or 3, from personal goals to padwork and HIT (high intensity training) sessions. 

 

I can also offer nutritional advice to help improve on a healthier lifestyle change.

 SUSPENSION FITNESS (Coming Soon)

 

Want a challenge to your fitness goals come a long to a suspension class or one to one session and have a go at using a TRX. The goal is to strengthen those muscles using your body weight. Max group sessions at 4 persons per class.

 CORE STRENGTH

 

Want to get those abs showing and strengthen those core muscles to improve posture? Feel more confident in everyday life? Come join me at one of my hit or padwork sessions or book a personal 1-1 session. Initial consultation FREE for all.

 GROUP HIT (Coming Soon)

Looking for a fast pace workout that will throw challenges at you.​ come along to one of my HIT classes and feel the burn. By attending one of these sessions you will not only receive motivation and encouragement by C.P.F you will also get added benefits of group PT, which will enable a sense of fun, competition, build friendship and most important of all a great amount of motivation and discipline to all those participating in the group session.

Keep your heart rate up and burn more fat in less time!

Group sessions require a free consultation beforehand. Group sessions held at £5 per person.

Each session will be held at a suitable environment whether it be indoors or outdoors.

 PADWORK

A full hour of padwork, indoors or outdoors, offering full-body, high intensity, fat torturing session. Get strong and lean and improve your technique of punching, fighting reflexes, knee hits and footwork. Suitable for all abilities and levels of fitness.

One to one sessions - can take place at your home or in a nearby park.

Group sessions available - at my home address or (Oak Hill Park). introduction sessions every weekend at 8am Saturday and Sunday. group sessions are held at 2pm, 3pm and 7pm Monday to Saturday and at 11 and 12 on Sundays.
