Hi, I'm Cos, the owner and lead trainer of C.P Fitness.
During the last 6 years I have been a regular gym goer, dedicating my life to fitness. Although that sounds good, I was once underweight and struggling to stay fit and keep the weight on. I decided to make a drastic change in my life and take full control of my health and fitness.
I qualified as a personal trainer with the help of YMCA in November 2016. I learnt new skills and how to apply them. With this knowledge I was able to gain the weight I wanted within 5 weeks and maintain it while staying physically fit and looking the part too. Through my career, I aim to both help and teach people how fitness can benefit their daily lives, guiding them in their journey to achieving their personal goals in achieving great fitness levels, correcting posture and strengthening core, mind and body.
As a personal trainer, I aim to inspire people into changing their lives for the better by getting fitter and healthier and feeling more confident in themselves.
